St. Stephen’s Parish Visitation Ministry: This ministry is about to take off and a number of parishioners have already volunteered and have committed themselves for this much desired ministry. Other parishioners interested in being a part of this ministry are asked to contact Br. Herbert Christopher.
Seating arrangements for St. Stephen’s Congregation: At the referendum held last Sunday (18th July, 2010) to determine the type of seating parishioners preferred, there was an overwhelming vote for a mixture of both pews and chairs. The next step is to determine how many of each are required and placing the orders. The committee is accepting donations for this project.
Projects being actively pursued by the Vestry for which your prayers are solicited:
1. Remedial work and painting of the Parish Church.
2. Feasibility study on what it would cost to air condition the Parish Church.
3. Making our Parish Church a Green one.
4. Giving active support to the Management Team and Steering Committee of our Senior Citizens’ Activity Centre
5. Encouraging greater fellowship, involvement and participation in all Congregational, Parochial and Diocesan activities.
