My Anglican Christian Family,
Congratulations on our 2010 gathering in the southland of Trinidad and special greeting to Archdeacon South Primus. Our annual gathering comes after a hectic campaign for our general elections. Congratulations are in order for the new administration.
Observe the vast amount of resources, energy and enthusiasm expended to promote humans to power; humans will be subsequently scrutinized with microscopes of distrust because they are vulnerable to be tempted by corruption as is typical of any of us. As Christians, full of faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ, keeping our feet on the rocks of reality, I implore that we uphold the principles of truth and righteousness always with a prayer on our lips and the word of God in our hearts.
Let us enjoy the fellowship of each other not only in this Family Day but strive to be upright citizens, dignified in all relationships and ambassadors for Jesus Christ in every sphere of life.
The VenerablePhilip Isaac
Archdeacon Tobago.
